Kundalini Yoga
Damanjit Singh (Jim Eldridge) teaches Kundalini Yoga. This tradition of learning is called the “Golden Chain.” Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of physical sets, postures or kriyas, breathing exercises, mantras and chants. Kundalini yoga uses poses, deep breathing and other breathing techniques, chanting, and meditation. This yoga of self-mastery, allowed me to harness spiritual, physical, mental and emotional energy. I have found my spiritual self with this yoga. It allowed me to be more capable, more confident, and more efficient in life. It is the yoga for all ages, as each kriya is adaptable for any person, any age.
